Just bought a standard shift b7500 and find the throttle very sensitive to any tractor movement. Every time you hit a bump the rpm revs up and down. Anybody care to comment on a cure?/ thnx dave

If you're new to tractors and driving fairly fast while using the foot throttle it's probably normal. No cure that I know of except going slower. A person just can't keep steady pressure on the foot throttle while riding a tractor with no suspension other than the tires, and he ride would be rougher if it has stiff R4's.

Reduced tire pressures might help some and sometimes tractors are delivered with 'over-inflated' tires. There should be a tire load chart in the owner's manual. If you're using the hand throttle and it's wondering around, most throttles have an adjustable friction pad. If the bumps are changing the engine load a gimpy governor could cause it but that'd be pretty rare. ....
